Nickole Hayward Receives 2025 College of Science Staff Advisory Council Award

Today, Graduate Coordinator Ms. Nickole Hayward was recognized at the 2025 College of Science Staff Advisory Council Awards ceremony as the winner from our department. Ms. Hayward, who previously won a STAR award, was nominated for going above and beyond her role in numerous ways including supporting our admissions process, contributing to a positive working environment, advocating for students relative to fees, and being a champion and true partner in the complex process of transitioning to our new MS curriculum. Ms. Hayward is one of our small and mighty SLHS staff team who are all excellent and all contribute to making our department run smoothly.
