Two SLHS Seniors Honored at CoS Spring Awards Ceremony
Congratulations to Ashley Mentor and Elissa Shiff

Every year, SLHS selects two outstanding seniors who are honored at the College of Science Spring Awards Ceremony. Ashley Mentor, recipient of the Excellence in Undergraduate Research Award, was chosen for her undergraduate research on barriers and facilitators to diversity in speech-language pathology, leading to an honors thesis and 3rd Prize at the 2025 Franke Honor's Pinnacle. Elissa Schiff, recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award, was honored for her outreach, service, and scholarship for the professions. Both women exemplify excellence, and SLHS could not be prouder.
